Hello,I own a MaxiSys pro,I bought it new last month... My Son accidentally formatted the internal Storage of the Device and there is no Data showing,no cars to select... Anyone who has the solution ,please Help.

My issue is that my son accidentally formatted the device internal storage ( 23.7gb Storage )
All of the car's data is gone,and no cars are showing up for selectionplease Help me with this problem,as i bought this Device New,Last month

You might try going to the Maxisys update icon and see if it shows all vehicle lines to
update. I hope this works for you . If not call customer suport.

Yes i have tried doing that,but it works when the Pre-Installed car files are included... But this solution is not working for me.
I have e-mailed the support centre.I hope they give me a solution for this problem.Personally,I think this problem shouldn't have occurred,we paid so much money for this device and they can't even Store the System software permanently... -

My son actually was trying to format his SD-Card,when accidentally he formatted the device's internal storage ( Named also as SD-Card )This is how all the data inside the device ( Pre-Installed Car Files and User Files ) got erased.Autel Support centre has been e-mailed but I haven't received any support up till now.Hope you guys can help me with my problem.Thank You -

Hi How is the maxisys now? After restoring the device to factory default, generally, you just need to go to Update to download all the software again. -

i have done exactly the same procedure, formatted the device internal storage and guess what!!!All of the car's data is gone!!! i try to update and yes...i have a lots of car to update but after i have done the update,the car list still not there!!!lucky me i have save the internal storage from the machine in my PC!!!! now after i copy again the system from the pc in the maxisys,i have all the car in my list!!!! so my advice,save all the data from the autel machine in the PC!!!Sorry for my bad english -
